By requesting a commission, or by purchasing any crafts or character designs from LunarWisps (henceforth referred to as “me”, “my”, “I”), you certify that you are at least 18 years old, and have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms of Service.The following is for personal, non commercial work only.₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪

● GENERAL ●

Turn around Time: 4 – 30 days, depending on commission type. My TaT also accounts for any health issues that may delay my progress, as well as vacation time from my full time job in which very little to no work will be done. You will be notified of these situations.Schedule: Monday – Thursday. I will not answer messages on my off days.• Deadlines must be discussed with me at the start of the conversation. I may apply a 10% rush fee at my discretion.• I very much appreciate tips! Please visit my Ko-fi if you wish to leave a tip. I thank you for your consideration/appreciation of my work!• Crafts: All physical craft commissions are subject to the same TOS.• All imagery present in my galleries are copyrighted by myself unless otherwise stated. I do not permit the use of my work in any way by non clients. All shares must be pre approved and contain proper credit back to my galleries. My work is not permitted to be used for AI images by anyone.• I will not accept commissions that request the art remain indefinitely hidden. I will temporarily postpone uploads of surprise gift images however.• Clients retain rights specifically to their own characters, while I retain rights to the overall artwork. I may use commissioned piece in my gallery as an example of my capabilities as an artist to other potential clients, or for other advertisement as I see fit.• You may not pay, trade services, barter or consult with another artist to edit the piece in any manner. My signature/watermark may NOT be cropped, moved or otherwise obstructed.• I reserve the right to decline certain commissions. Please view the Themes tab for a semi detailed list. I will not draw any of my personal characters in any situation with yours unless you are a close friend.₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪

● PAYMENT ●

• All payments are in USD and will be collected via Ko-Fi, or if necessary, PayPal directly. Please use a currency converter to understand the price if you use a different currency.• Payment will be due within 48 hours unless agreed upon otherwise. Additional time may be allowed in the event of uncontrollable circumstances, but I am to be contacted asap in such event. No work will be started until I have received full payment.• Payment plans are only available for large ticket items like art packages, or when I state otherwise.₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪

● REVISIONS ●

• It is your responsibility to provide a clear, legible reference image. All images are required before I start sketching. I am not responsible for missing details due to lack of reference(s). I only accept digital, hand drawn, unshaded references.•Please review WIPs carefully! Each stage of the art will have a WIP sent to you.• Sketches and small commissions such as icons do not have WIPs. You may request minor tweaks if I missed any distinguishing features present in your reference (markings, jewelry...)• For normal commissions: A total of 2 large edits (reposing, adding clothes, etc.) is allowed during the sketch phase; A $10 fee per additional change after the first 2 will be due before continuing to lining.⭐️ No edits will be made to the inks after they have been approved for coloring.⭐️ No major edits, such as changing spots to stripe patterns, will be made to the colors after the image is approved for shading/finishing.• I will gladly fix any color errors of your character; please, let me know if I have made any mistakes. Anything that needs to be fixed on "my mistake" (on your reference(s) and I missed it) will always be fixed for free.• Upon completion you will receive 2 copies via message or email. One will be a heavily watermarked image that is for public uploading. The other will be minimally/subtlety marked image that is for personal use and enjoyment.₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪

● REFUNDS ●

• I reserve the right to cancel and issue a refund at any time, for any reasons including but not limited to:🏮 Failure to pay within the agreed time🏮 Rude or inappropriate behavior 🏮 Poor communication/Non Responsive for over 2 weeks 🏮 Failure to communicate in effective English 🏮 Unforeseen inability to complete the commission• If I cancel a commission due to one of the above reasons, I reserve the right to modify and reuse any base sketches for other commissions. The client loses all rights to any art already sent once the refund has been issued. Any refunds will be made in accordance to the amount of work done.• If the commission is cancelled after payment, but before work has begun, you will be refunded in full. If the commission is cancelled after work has begun, a refund will be issued, minus the amount of work already completed. (e.g., if your commission was half-way completed, you will receive a 50% refund.) Refunds will not be issued once the work has been completed and the finalized product sent.• Refunds due to non response and not caused by uncontrollable circumstances will be given in accordance to the above mentioned, minus a $15% convenience fee. I will make 2 attempts, once per week, to re-establish communication before cancelling for this reason. Please notify me if you will be out of touch for an extended period of time.₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪
